Set each region using the Question Bank Editor by clicking all of the
edges of your region to create the desired shape. To define another region
click on the "New Region" button. You can then set the boundaries
of the rest of your regions the same way as the first.
To set one of your regions to be designated the correct region, selct
it by clicking on on of its edges, then click the "Set Correct"
button.
