As a Noyce Master Teacher Fellow, I hope to broaden my knowledge regarding science education so that I can promote equity in the modern and diverse classroom. I believe that all students are capable of doing science and should see themselves as such. My goal as a teacher leader is to learn more about the field of science education so that I can pursue methods that promote these ideals and share them with my community of educators.
